The Intelligence Loop

The lifecycle of every agent, workflow and department: Observe → Understand → Recommend → Approve → Execute → Learn, and back to Observe. The Approve step is structural, not decorative: recommendations pass through human judgement before execution. Every action enriches memory; enriched memory improves every future decision.
