Institutional Intelligence

The organisational capability to preserve collective memory, connect distributed knowledge, reason across people and systems, and continuously improve decisions through governed collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence. Unlike Artificial Intelligence, which concerns the capabilities of machines, Institutional Intelligence concerns the capabilities of organisations.
